IDRIS Releases Special Issue on Roadmaps AI Week 2026
The Institute for Data, Research and Innovation Science (IDRIS) at Rutgers–Newark has released its Special Issue eNewsletter highlighting key moments and insights from Roadmaps AI Week 2026. The issue captures a dynamic week of programming that brought together leaders from academia and industry to examine how artificial intelligence is reshaping higher education, research, and society. Featuring perspectives from speakers at Amazon Web Services, OpenMined, Meta, and Rutgers faculty and leadership, the event explored themes of responsible AI adoption, privacy-preserving innovation, student well-being, and the future of interdisciplinary collaboration. Across sessions, a unifying message emerged: the future of AI will be defined not only by technological advancement, but by the values, partnerships, and public commitments that guide its use.
