The INFORMS Healthcare Conference 2026 in Raleigh, NC will feature the SAS Viya Workshop & Hackathon on July 27 from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
This hands-on workshop will give participants the opportunity to work directly with SAS Viya tools using real healthcare datasets. Participants will explore practical applications such as demand forecasting and risk stratification, while gaining exposure to AI and data science methods relevant to healthcare.
No prior SAS experience is required, and participants will earn a professional credential badge upon completion. Registration is $30, with travel included.
This workshop is being developed in collaboration with a great team, including Executive Director Dr. Fay Cobb Payton, Maria Mayorga, Joe Furbee, Loraine D. Coleman, CMP, and Yan Xu.
