Vishal Trehan

Vishal Trehan is a doctoral candidate at the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA), Rutgers University-Newark. His research focuses on digital equity, citizen engagement, and improving governance and decision-making through the use of information and communications technology. Previously, he worked as a research fellow at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy in India and as a consultant in the information technology sector. He holds a master’s degree in Regulatory Governance from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
